We are happy to look at your refund request, and accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise.
Refunds will not be issued until the item is received by our warehouse. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. We will not accept used or untagged merchandise unless proven a defective item.
A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped within 72 hours. We are unable to offer same day shipping. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
At checkout, you may see UPS 1 day, which refers to 1 day processing with ground 3-5 day shipping.
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (CST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery.
All small pack orders are shipped Standard Ground and usually arrive within one to seven business days depending on delivery distance from Minnesota.
Some items require a forklift at delivery for offloading. These items include PWC Ports, Boat Ports, Floating Docks, and Swim Rafts. If you do not have the capability to off load these items, please contact our sales and service office and someone will assist you and help provide delivery to your residence.
Note: When ordering a product requiring a forklift for delivery, the buyer assumes full responsibility to provide such equipment. Failure to provide forklift service at delivery will result in back shipping charges to the buyer. These charges are not negotiable. Refusal of delivery by buyer to circumvent this agreement will result in back shipping charges.
Vermilion Outdoor Supply utilizes multiple ground carriers to ensure we are able to ship most economically. Carriers include; USPS, SpeeDee, UPS, FEDX and multiple LTL carriers depending on destination region.
We strive to fill every order in its entirety. However, in the event an item is not available at the time of shipment it will automatically be canceled from your order and you will be notified by email. You will not be charged for the canceled item(s). If you still wish to order the item(s) you must reorder. Check the website www.vermilionoutdoorsupply.com for product availability.
International Shipments – We do not currently ship internationally.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Due to the automated nature of our fulfillment system, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted.
